Chairperson AHN Kyong-Whan and Secretary-General KIM Chil-Joon will participate the 9th ICC International Conference which will be held in Nairobi, Kenya, from 21-24 October 2008. The conference will discuss National Human Rights Institutions and Administration of Justice with participants from national human rights institutions, United Nations, international organizations and civil society.
