The Commission held ‘The 4th Human Rights Forum’ under the topic of ‘Confucianism and Human Rights’ on December 12, 2008 to seek for roots of the human rights concept in Asia. The Commission has held three human rights forums in 2008 to seek out philosophical discourse of human rights. This Human Rights Forum will provide interesting developmental implications in philosophical concepts of human rights and human rights education.
