April 2- On April 2, the NHRCK held a plate hanging ceremony to celebrate the opening of the NHRCK Human Rights Education Center (HREC). The HREC is expected to satisfy growing demands for human rights education and to develop qualified human rights education programs. The NHRCK is planning to provide more thematic programmes to nurture experts on persons with disabilities, aged people and multicultural families. Around 160,000 people have received human rights education offered by the NHRCK to date.
