NHRCK Opens Torture Reporting Center

The National Human Rights Commission of Korea (NHRCK) operates “Torture Reporting Center” from June 28, 2010 to September 28, 2010.

 

The Torture Reporting Center is established due to an increasing number of counseling cases and complaints against law enforcement agencies since the Commission's announcement on its authoritative investigation into a police station on torture (Jun.16). Users can access counseling service by dialing 1331.
