o At the forum, a keynote speech was made under the theme of '25th anniversary of the adoption of the UN CRC; responsibility and role of Korean society for improvement of human rights of children', and thematic presentation on domestic implementation and future direction of UN CRC was made. In addition, legislative and policy improvement measures were discussed based on human rights situation of stateless/undocumented migrant children and children staying in foreigners' protection facilities.

o The NHRCK, based on policy implications discussed during the forum, will make policy recommendations and opinion expression by identifying areas for improvement on related legislations, policies and institutions to strengthen domestic implementation of the UN CRC which every child deserves to enjoy.
