Information Report for the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination considered the thirteenth to fourteenth periodic reports of the Republic of Korea, and adopted the attached concluding observations held in its Seventy-first session on 9 and 10 August 2007.

The National Human Rights Commission of the Republic of Korea submits its position for the consideration of committee members.

The state’s fifteenth and sixteenth periodic reports are due in one single document on 4 January 2010.
