DECISION
Subject: Opinion on the Bill on Human Rights and Environmental
Protection for Sustainable Corporate Management
The NHRCK (hereinafter “the Commission”) hereby expresses the following opinion to the
Speaker of the National Assembly: The two pending Bills on Human Rights and Environmental
Protection for Sustainable Corporate Management (Bills No. 2210837 and 2213897), which
would codify the corporate responsibility to respect human rights, should be enacted without
delay, taking into account the following considerations.
