A Bicycle Trip with the Mentally Disabled

The NHRCK and Gyeonggi Community Mental Health Project Panning & Evaluation Committee co-hosted a bicycle trip with the mentally disabled from September 1 to 5, 2008. With the slogan of “Happy Life with Pedal of Hope,” the co-sponsors hoped to instill confidence and encourage solidarity in the community of people affected by mental disability. Participants also held road–side campaigns to eliminate discrimination of and prejudice towards the mentally disabled.
