KIM Yang Won (52, Reverend) was appointed as a Non-Standing Commissioner in the NHRCK on September 10, 2008. KIM Yang Won Non-Standing Commissioner graduated from Chongshin Theological Seminary and has been involved in the disability welfare field for a long period of time, including long-standing membership in the Disability Bowling Association of Korea. He is also a member of the Christian Council of Korea.
