The NHRCK held the 4th policy consultation on North Korean Human Rights on August 26, 2008. The consultation focused on sharing information and strengthening systematic policies and analyses among corresponding departments regarding North Korean defectors residing in China. This 4th consultation discussed the “Repatriation of 22 North Korean defectors” and “Recommendations to stop forced repatriation of North Korean Defectors in China.”
