Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights, KANG Kyung-Wha visited the NHRCK on October, 15, 2008 to establish friendly relations between the Commission and the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). During the discussion session, she delivered several ongoing human rights issues around the world including North Korean human rights and role of the Commission in international human rights community.
