The protectors were selected based on their voluntary work experiences for elderly people. Among them are retirees from public, educational and private sectors.
The NHRCK has selected “protection of human rights for children and elderly people” as one of its five “Human Rights Action Plan,” and commenced a human rights project for elderly people.
