NHRCK Held Discussion Forum on Guidelines for Sports and Human Rights

The National Human Rights Commission of Korea held “Discussion Forum on Guidelines for Promotion and Protection of Sports and Human Rights” on October 26.


The Commission viewed that the efforts in creating human rights-friendly sports culture is significant, such as establishing guidelines that are applicable to real life.

In January 2010, the NHRCK set up the guidelines for sports and human rights with experts and arranged the discussion forum to release them and gather public opinions.
