The NHRCK Co-Hosted Seminar on Information Rights
with Catholic University
The National Human Rights Commission of Korea (NHRCK) held a seminar on information rights jointly with Catholic University on December 23, 2010.
The seminar, attended by law professors and experts, was held in order to discuss the concept and general issues of the information rights. A variety of topics including enactment of Personal Information Protection Act as an institutional strategy, and Internet censorship against freedom of expression were discussed in detail.
